UK – Alison Bannister, insight director at BT Group, is to be promoted to group insight director.
Bannister, who will take up her new role on her return from maternity leave, has been at BT for around four years and had been part of its Insight Centre of Excellence leadership team.
Before joining the company in 2018, Bannister worked at fellow internet company Plusnet.
BT Group will be recruiting maternity cover for Bannister in due course.
Bannister said: “I’m very excited to be taking up the director role for what I believe is one of the most influential teams here at BT Group.
“I look forward to creating insight that inspires and gives our business the confidence to change for the better.
“Earlier this year we set out our vision and priorities and I had an ask to be bold in what we do. This all remains true and key to plans for the team going forward. Like the business, we can’t be complacent and will continue to strive to be key leaders within BT Group and within the insight industry.”
