US — Eye tracking research company Tobii Pro has hired John Traynor as its vice-president of its insight research services in North America.
Traynor (pictured) was previously president of Thin World Marketing. He has also been president of In Vivo BVA USA, senior vice-president of customer relationship and project management at Kantar Operations, and senior vice-president for the Southeast US region and global accounts for Coca Cola at The Nielsen Company.
Tom Englund, president of Tobii Pro, said: “In the past year, we’ve put an emphasis on growing the knowledge base, methodologies, and scope of our Pro Insight team of consultants and researchers. Eye tracking is rapidly becoming an established, standard research tool, driven by the growing adoption of non-conscious methods across the market research industry.”
