US— Social media monitoring agency Crimson Hexagon has added the Twitter Firehose data feed to its Opinion Analysis Platform.
The integration allows Crimson Hexagon to monitor and analyse all public Tweets – numbering more than 60 million per day.
CEO Scott Centurino said: “We’re particularly excited to announce the addition of access to the full Twitter data stream via the Twitter Firehose.”
The Opinion Analysis Platform tool analyses content on social media sites by identifying statistical patterns in the words used to express opinions on different topics.
